Calan Stanley is an Australian artist and graphic designer based in Chewton, Victoria (Djaara Country). He holds a BA in Fine Art from London Guildhall University and worked as a gallery manager at The Museum of Installation and the Southbank Art Centre in London. Following this, he began his career as a graphic designer, focusing on print and publication design for gallery exhibitions, including projects with the Tate Modern. Calan has exhibited in the UK, Europe and Australia across a variety of disciplines, including site-specific video and sound installations, sculpture and painting.
